Director of Operations
Susan serves as the Director of Operations for Advisory Group Equity Services. Susan has been with Advisory Group Equity Services Ltd. since 1996, and has been the “back bone” of the firm throughout. Susan is a driven, customer service oriented, roll up your sleeves type of leader who brings strong analytical skills and expertise in brokerage, trading, and market operations.
Susan has been instrumental in creating operational processes to ensure that the firm supports the highest standards for customer service, compliance adherence, and mitigation of operational risk.
