Mr. Morfit focuses on debt and equity capital markets as well as M&A for publicly traded companies. His industry focus includes energy, natural resources and technology. Jeff is a veteran of the industry with over 30 years of experience. He is highly knowledgeable and experienced in investment banking and syndicate as well as in running broker dealers and retail.
Jeff became a partner at Ladenburg Thalman in the early 1990’s, was Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer in the late 1990’s and ran his own firm for 11 years with over 100 employees and revenue over $40 million. Jeff has built a substantial network of long-standing relationships among his peer group on Wall Street. Jeff is originally from Huntington NY and is an avid skier, boater and sports fan.
He holds the Series 7, 24, 79, 99, and 63 licenses.
